If you know me, you know I love açaí bowls. These are a breakfast staple for me, I make them almost every morning. I have tried many different recipes and have finally found one that I will never get sick of. Loaded with antioxidants, protein and crunch this will be sure to satisfy your sweet tooth and keep you full until your next meal.
- 1 Packet Sambazon Strawberry + Protein + Acai
- 2/3 cup frozen cherries
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup freeze dried strawberries
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs
- Drizzle of honey
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
There is really no special way to prepare this. Blend all of the ingredients together, and add coconut water where needed. Pour in a shallow bowl and add toppings! I included how much of each topping I use, but you can make it your own. I can’t find bowl better than this, 10/10 recommend.
